*Double occupancy: All conference and FAM rates are based on double occupancy. Please add preferred room-mate name to your reservation under the notes section. If this is not provided, a room-mate will be selected.
*Single occupancy: You may request a single occupancy room. The single supplement of CAD$100 per night. Please let us know in the NOTES section of the booking page if you are interested in this. Limited single occupancy rooms available.
*Group airfare: If you have selected the group airfare option, this is subject to Westjet Airlines Group Booking Terms and Conditions. 
*Airport transfers: Transfers are only included when booked with the GROUP airfare (see group flight schedule). Otherwise, please make your own transfer arrangements.
