*Room-mate: If you have a room-mate preference, please add their name to the NOTES section. If not, one will be automatically assigned.
* To change to single occupancy, please add this in the NOTES section upon booking. A CAD$100 per night single supplement fee will be added to your invoice (note that we only have 5 single rooms available).
*Land Only rate does not include airfare. If you book your own airfare, airport transfers may be at your own expense. Please provide us with your airfare details.
*Group Airfare: We have also negotiated group airfare rates. This includes 1 checked baggage, 1 carry-on baggage, and group bulk seat selection. Please select your closest gateway to add into the group air reservation with Westjet. Group airfare is not available on 3-night stays.

Deposit requirement: A minimum of $100 per person is required in order to secure your seat and rate. All deposits are non-refundable.

Early Booking Bonus: The above price includes an Early Booking Bonus of $100 when deposited by January 31, 2024.

Air Release Deadline: February 21, 2024. If you wish to book into the group block airfare, please deposit by this deadline.

Final Payment Deadline: April 12, 2024

Please note that your deposit will be processed by Boutique Travel Services. Because you are booking as part of a group, the process may take up to 7 days.
